This online Easy PMP® Exam Preparation Training consists of 5 interactive online sessions aligned with the latest PMP Examination Content Outline (ECO), covering project management process groups, knowledge areas, agile and hybrid approaches, completed with exercises in each session and a 4-hour exam simulation to help participants become familiar with the actual PMP examination format.

Currently, the training combines key concepts and references from both the previous ECO and PMBOK® Guide 7th Edition, as well as the latest ECO and PMBOK® Guide 8th Edition direction. This approach is designed to provide participants with a more comprehensive understanding of both the existing PMP examination structure and the latest PMI updates during the current transition period.

As part of this update, the training materials and learning approach have already been adjusted prior to the official PMI transition period in June 2026.

The training is delivered through Zoom Meeting with approximately 7 hours per session and uses the latest PMI official learning materials and updated exam references.
